ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to high demand and limited releases, processing times may vary.

  • Standard Orders:
    Please allow 7–14 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
    During high-volume periods or limited drops, processing may take longer.

  • Limited Items / High-Demand Drops:
    Some limited items may require additional processing time due to inventory control, quality checks, and order volume.

  • Sale Items & Pre-Orders:
    Please allow additional processing time of up to 15 business days before shipment.
    Pre-orders are shipped once production and fulfillment are complete.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Destination

  • Seasonal volume

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will assist in filing claims or tracking issues where possible.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
